Funding our Freedom to Thrive

By raising our voices at the ballot box and beyond, we can demand our leaders fund our futures and freedoms. We did it before in 2022, when we passed the Oakland County transit millage, and we will do it again!When some political and corporate leaders tell us we can’t have what we need and divide us based on our skin color, faith, or accent, we reject their distractions.Together, we’re creating a thriving region where across race and place we have the freedom to move, to get where we need to go, to pick up groceries, visit loved ones, get to work, and more.We talked to our neighbors Emily and Ms. Patterson about how our expanded transit has made a difference in their lives and helps create a thriving community.
